This is for you (or someone you know) if you are 50 or older and would like build a stronger sense of purpose, meaning, happiness, and connectedness  you are afraid of getting older and feel discouraged by the prospects of aging  you have a relative or friend who could benefit from connecting with others and finding creative ways to make the last third of life the best yet

Do you enjoy leisurely walking with a fun group of people? If you want to expand your social circle, walk for health and fun, and explore Toronto, then please join us. Our members are all ages. The outings may include a walk to a festival, a casual walk in one of Toronto's neighbourhoods, or coincide with an outdoor event. So put on your walking shoes, pack a snack, a bottle of water and let's go! If you have any suggestions for walks or interesting walking tours please let us know.    

I started this group so that women over 45, who have busy schedules with work, family, husbands, or older parents, get balance in their lives by getting out to make new friends and have great conversation with other women in the same boat.  Sooooo...Come out for Happy Hour.
