Transplanted South Bay Boomers & Friends
|
We're Bay Area transplants and their native friends. We love laughter and shouting over the dinner table, appreciate caustic, witty senses of humor, political incorrectness, the arts, indie film, food & wine, staying fit and real friendships. We are "of a certain age" and would probably live in the city if it weren't for the nasty commute. Our activities will range from food, to the arts, to cinema, picnics, politics, and hikes. Take a look at our past calendar to view some of the diverse and fun events. Our events often fill up so your understanding of the following policy is appreciated: Transplanted Boomers Meet-up Policy: We keep the events small so we really get a chance to interact. Therefore, RSVP'ing "maybe" is not an option for this group! Please do not RSVP "yes" until you are sure you are going to attend. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior are strongly discouraged. Members who have RSVP'd and attended other events will be given priority and can "bump" folks who have been less active.
